At Original Skateboards, we want you to be fully stoked on your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. If your board isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as smooth as possible.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack the unused products in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
