What is the average shipping time for a new board?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs.

Do your skateboards come fully assembled?

Yes, all our complete skateboards and longboards arrive fully assembled by our professional team and are ready to ride straight out of the box.

What is your return policy for boards and accessories?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that custom-built boards may be subject to a restocking fee.

Do the decks come with a manufacturer warranty?

All Original Skateboards decks are covered by a 180-day warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, impact damage, or water exposure.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
